Put simply, you’ll be responsible for everything from the creation and implementation of multiple campaigns to developing media schedules and monitoring success. Looking specifically after the employer side of our business, you’ll care passionately about what you do and let this passion show in every aspect of recruitment, marketing and advertising that you touch. Working with experts right across our full service agency – from creative and digital, to research and new business, you’ll also work in partnership with your clients to identify their needs, challenge their thinking and suggest different ways they can achieve the results they need.
We’re looking for someone who’s worked in recruitment and marketing before – ideally with some solid agency or client side experience. Full of personality and with good commercial awareness, you’ll be something of an expert in media research, planning and negotiation. You’ll also understand integrated campaign planning, the power of social and have your finger on the pulse of emerging media trends. Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, you’ll be ready to fully immerse yourself in this fascinating role.
