Built on solid ground

We undertook an extensive research phase, digging deep into their organisational culture, employee experience, leadership aspirations, competitor landscape and candidate expectations to create a blueprint of Accent as an employer. From this, we identified nine key themes, from their strong purpose and strategic vision to their strong team culture and commitment to growth and development.

Strengthened with core attributes

We transformed these nine themes into three key attributes to form the foundations of Accent’s new employer brand. These attributes help to let everyone know that Accent is a place to make a difference, drive change and build a future. They underpin the entire employer brand, allowing Accent to communicate everything they offer in a consistent, inspiring way.

A place for everything

Once we’d nailed down our attributes, we brought them all together under a big idea and visual approach that combined their people photography, their bold, colourful branding and a wide range of messages. We explored how it would work in different settings and formats, giving Accent the tools to share their story in all kinds of ways.
