Connected Working
With a stunning new campus and a focus on collaboration, Auto Trader’s new way of working was designed to bring people back into the office, while still enjoying the freedom to shape their work around their lives. Clearly, this was something that could inspire existing employees — and engage new ones too.
Inviting people in
We developed an attraction campaign that told the story of Connected Working through the experiences of Auto Trader’s people, showcasing their new campus and how their culture allows people to be at their best. To find the most compelling and diverse range of stories, we ran focus groups, selected our participants and brought their stories to life through video and photoshoots.
A consistent approach
We created a playbook and social media guide that provided everything people needed to tell and share their Connected Working story. It included advice on taking great photos, examples of headlines and social media best practice. It allows Auto Trader to continue to share stories as their people, organisation and ways of working evolve, keeping the campaign fresh and adaptable as things change.
